Once your item(s) are added to your cart, shipping will be calculated based on package weight and your location. We do offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Everything is shipped through USPS. Once you have paid for your order, you should receive a confirmation email that we got your order (YAY!). 

Before submitting your order, double check that your shipping address is correct. 

"So, when will my order ship?"

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Usually, our products are ready to ship within 3-5 business days after order is placed. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade, so there may be delays occasionally if a product is not "in stock" and I have to make something. 

As soon as your package is put in the mail, you'll get another email with a tracking number that you can use to track your happy mail! :)

"Well, my package never came/it came damaged!"

Firstly, I want to say I'm so sorry you are having issues. :(

Occasionally, there are unexpected delays or issues with the post office. Simply Yasmine LLC is not responsible for your package once it is dropped off with USPS, if there is an issue with a lost or stolen package, you must file a claim with USPS. 

As far as damaged orders, every order is packaged with care and lots of packing peanuts/bubble wrap. If your order arrived damaged, please send us a picture of the damage (especially the box) so that we can help you file a claim with USPS. Our email is: support@simplyyasmine.com

At this time, Simply Yasmine does not accept returns or exchanges. If you absolutely are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will try our best to come up with a solution that works for both parties.
